During this experience, you will take part in a guided tasting of extra virgin olive oil and traditional farm products. We will explore the Farm learning old technique used for a sustainable regenerative farming. After that we will sit together at a simple rural table and taste different olive oils produced from our trees, along with olives, bread, local cheese, almonds, wild herbs, eggs, and other seasonal ingredients from the farm. A typical Sicilian half day brunch in countryside.
