Itinerary
In this guided tasting experience we will tell you about the production methods and techniques of our extra virgin olive oil made with Taggiasca olives, we will then continue with the assisted tasting of the oil, to continue the experience by tasting a glass of the two most representative wines of Western Liguria, Pigato and Vermentino accompanied by crostini with extra virgin olive oil and canapés spread with creams produced using Taggiasca olives and vegetables from our gardens.
