Hanoi - Hoa Lu ancient Capital – Tam Coc - Mua Cave (L/D)

Hoa Lu temples of the Dinh & Le Dynasties
7:30 - 8:00 We welcome at your hotel lobby in Hanoi Old Quarter then depart for Ninh Binh 2-day trip.
The very first meaningful stop-over in our itinerary is Hoa Lu, the capital of Vietnam from 968 until 1010. Hoa Lu Ancient Capital is specially the national-level important cultural-historical relics. Hoa Lu Ancient Capital used to be a firm military stronghold of 3 consecutive dynasties in Vietnam history: Dinh Dynasty, Early Le Dynasty, and Ly Dynasty. The Imperial place lays under the ground for 3m and now become a very interesting place to visit. You will have the chance to see the old items used by the royal family in ancient time. Then we have buffet lunch at local restaurant with many local dishes; vegetarian foods are always available in the buffet lunch.

Tam Coc
After lunch you will get on a bamboo boat - rowed by the local people - in Hoang Long river to visit Tam Coc (three caves) on the way. You pass through three enormous caves that provide a brief respite from the intense summer sun. It takes approximately two hours to go up and down the river and along the way, you witness local fisherfolk, village life along the river, and of course, the striking limestone karst formations that Tam Coc is famous for. After that, we continue the tour for 45 mins - cycling around the village to discover the life of the local people.

Mua Caves
We then get back to Bus then leave for Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). Challenging your self by taking walk up almost 500 steps, you can reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain & have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc from here.
5PM: Check-in accommodation and then have dinner. Free at night. Overnight in Tam Coc.
