Private pickup: Landing → Contact pickup staff → Collect luggage → Exit terminal → Wait at Passenger Pickup Zone 5 or 6.
Hotel shuttle: Collect luggage → Follow AirTrain signs → Take AirTrain to P4 Station → Go to Hotel Shuttles Area 1 → Take hotel shuttle → Show passport/ID at hotel front desk.
Terminal B:
International: Immigration → Collect luggage → Exit through Door 2 → Cross the road → Wait at Passenger Pickup Zone 4.

• Itinerary: New York City Hall & Brooklyn Bridge (80 mins) → Lunch (45 mins, at your own expense) → New York Chinatown & Little Italy & Manhattan Bridge (60 mins) → SoHo (30 mins)
Note: Minimum of two people to be operated, and seats are guaranteed for guests who book in advance. It will be subject to whether there are vacancies in the car if guests make a reservation during the tour.

T1/T4/T8 Arrivals:
After landing → Contact pickup staff → Collect luggage → Follow Passenger Pick Up signs to the exit → Cross the road at the traffic lights → Go to the Passenger Pick Up area and wait at:

T5 Arrivals:
After landing → Contact pickup staff → Collect luggage → Exit through Door 4 or 5 → Wait near the “4” sign.
