Our local guide Wilfred will meet you at the Greenhouse Mall , Ngong Road next to the security desk. He will lead you through the narrow paths, schools, churches and workshops like the African bone workshop. You will get to see local women enterprises, Biogas toilets and also get to visit a home to get the glimpse of day to day life in the community.
You will get to see the Kibera Railway which runs in this vibrant community which is part of the Ugandan Railway which was formed in the early 1900s during the colonial period by the British.
There will be a stopover at the Willvee rooftop whereby youll be able to catch a breath as you take in the panoramic view of the slum and also take photos.
From here our accredited guide will also show you our locally inspired curios which are sold as souvenirs.
The guide will then lead you to the end point where you can catch an uber as you share your reviews and experience
