Itinerary
1
Colosseum
Your guide will be waiting for you at the Colosseum, where you will go inside the countryside to see the largest amphitheater in Ancient Rome.
1 hour
2
Roman Forum
The moment your visit ends, follow your guide to take a look at the Arch of Constantine and the Roman Forum, the central square of the domain and the center of political, religious and social actions. See the Arch of Titus from the first century, the House of the Vestal Virgins, the Temple of Saturn, the House of the Senate and the white marble Arch of Septimius Severus.
1 hour
3
Fontana di Trevi
At this point, through the Sacred Path, touch the base at the Capitol and at the Vittoriano, a highlight among the most delicious landmarks in Italy today. Then continue your visit to the Trevi Fountain, found in some films, including Fellini's La Dolce Vita. To seek the legend, throw a coin in the fountain and make a wish that, at some time or another, you return to Rome.
1 hour
4
Pantheon
At this point, it is the ideal opportunity to rest and have lunch (at your own expense); there are a variety of restaurants to look for, regardless of whether you’re willing to eat pizza, a sandwich or a more enjoyable 3-course dinner. After lunch, go straight to the Government District, where you will see the Parliament Building, the Palace of the Council of Ministers and the Marco Aurélio Column. Hadrian's remarkable temple is nearby; Emperor Antoninus Pius built the incredible structure in recognition of his ancestor. At that point, take a limited road to see the Pantheon, where Rafael, the Renaissance engineer and painter, is buried. Proceed to Piazza Navona by the method of Nero's Ancient Baths and enjoy Bernini's Fountain of the Four Rivers.
1 hour
5
Vatican City
Its last objective is the Vatican, which is on the Tiber River. Amid your visit to the Vatican Museums and the Basilica of St. Diminish, you will enjoy a journey through Michelangelo's most acclaimed works, including the roof of the Sistine Chapel, as well as Raphael's frescoes and the Pope's apartments.
