5:00 PM – Meet Your Local Host
Meet your host and fellow travelers near Oktoberfest. Enjoy a brief introduction to Bavarian traditions, Oktoberfest customs, and get to know the group.
5:15 PM – Guided Oktoberfest & Oide Wiesn Tour
Walk through the festival grounds with your host. Learn about Oktoberfest history, Bavarian culture, beer tents, and local traditions, including a visit to the Oide Wiesn museum tent.
6:00 PM – Arrival at Your Reserved Table
Your host will guide you into Oide Wiesn and directly to your reserved table inside a traditional beer tent.
6:15 PM – Insider Tips & Host Farewell
Before leaving, your host will provide practical tips on ordering food and beer, and recommendations for making the most of your evening.
6:30 PM – 10:30 PM – Enjoy Oktoberfest at Your Own Pace
