Van Thuy Tu Communal House
While traveling to Phan Thiet town, take a moment to stop at the Phan Thiet fishing harbor to admire the view of numerous fishing boats, capture photos, and observe the local lifestyle.. Visit Van Thuy Tu Palace, a must-see attraction in Phan Thiet. Located on Ngu Ong Street next to the fishing port, it houses the largest whale skeleton (Ong Nam Hai skeleton) in Southeast Asia, over 200 years old, which is preserved and revered. Every June, the grand Nghinh Ong festival, the largest traditional festival of the South Central Coast provinces, is celebrated here. This festival is a prayer for peace and a bountiful harvest of fish and shrimp for fishermen. During this time, Phan Thiet fishing ports and the coastal city of Phan Thiet draw numerous domestic and international tourists.
