Mt. Fuji 5th Station
Mt. Fuji 5th Station At 2300 meters above sea level, offers a commanding view of the Fuji Five Lakes area below, making it a popular spot even for those who are not intent on climbing the mountain. An observation point with unobstructed views of Fujiyoshida City and Lake Yamanaka can be found at Komitake Shrine behind the shops.

Oshino Hakkai
Oshino Hakkai is a touristy set of eight ponds in Oshino, a small village in the Fuji Five Lake region, located between Lake Kawaguchiko and Lake Yamanakako on the site of a former sixth lake that dried out several hundred years ago. The eight ponds are fed by snow melt from the slopes of nearby Mount Fuji that filters down the mountain through porous layers of lava for over 80 years, resulting in very clear spring water that is revered by the locals

Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine
In the past, the Kithaguchi Hongu Shrine used to be the common starting point for climbing Mount Fuji from the north. Fujiyoshida Sengen Shrine stands in a dense forest and is set off from the road by a long approach lined by stone lanterns and shaded by tall cedar trees. The shrine's red-painted buildings include a main hall dating from 1615, a dancing stage, and a few auxiliary buildings.

Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine
Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine was established in 705 at the foot of Mount Fuji. It enshrines the god of the Kai province (current Yamanashi prefecture) area. Inside the shrine grounds are 650 cherry blossom trees that bloom every spring. Visit the park located in the shrine for a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji and the goju no to the five-storied Churito pagoda. In the spring, you can see Mount Fuji and the cherry blossoms all in one view.

Oishi Park
Oishi Park is on the north shore of Kawaguchiko Lake. A park with a superb view of lake and Mt.Fuji at once. Various flowers bloom on the promenade along the lakeside according to the season. The park is also famous for its charcoal cone soft serves(ice cream) and small Mount Fuji replica made of 256 volcanic rocks.

Fugaku Wind Cave
The Fuji Fugaku Wind Cave is surrounded by the abundant greenery of the Aokigahara Jukai forest. Once you enter the cave, it is pleasantly cool even in summer, with an average temperature of 3℃. In the course, one can see lava shelves, rope-like lava, and ice pillars that do not melt even in summer.
