From reception lounge one of our staff will come to meet you for the briefing of Safari/activity that is to start the next day or near dates. We have all transport ready to the base office in Sakina - Arusha. Sometimes we drop bikes at the hotel so the ride will starts from the hotel.

Our briefing schedules are flexible depending on where our client is. We pick up clients from airports(Kilimanjaro &Arusha airport) and do briefing at the hotels and If there is enough time to check the bikes and try on the riding gears, our driver will drive our client(s) or deliver the bikes to the hotel prior to arrival. Depending on the tour schedule, for late arrivals you can check the bikes the next day. We have a team of professional guides and Mechanics that are also well trained in First Aid. One of our guide will always ride on the front line to show you the way and others will provide support throughout the tour to make sure you are having the best tour.
