11:30 Head to Hautvillers, a historic village perched on the hilltops. The drive takes approximately 10 minutes (6 km).

Église Saint-Sindulphe
11:30 - 12:00 Explore the Abbey Church of Saint Sindulphe in Hautvillers. Founded in 665, the abbey was active until the French Revolution in 1789. Dom Pérignon perfected Champagne-making techniques here, and today the village is home to 26 local Champagne producers. Enjoy a quick stop at a viewpoint offering breathtaking panoramic views of the vineyards and the Marne River.
