Daisho-in Temple is one of Miyajima’s most important Buddhist temples and is closely connected to the history of the island. As part of the Shingon Buddhist tradition, the temple complex features atmospheric paths, stone steps, and countless statues, offering a deep spiritual contrast to the seaside shrine areas.

Traditionally cooked on a hot teppanyaki grill, it is prepared in layers with noodles, vegetables, egg, and savory sauce. Vegetarian and dietary options can be arranged depending on availability.
