The experience is led by chef José Antonio, with more than 15 years of experience in restaurants in Lima and Miami, along with his wife María Alejandra. We work with limited quotas to provide personalized attention.
All ingredients are purchased the same day to maintain freshness. We are producers of pisco, so you will taste among 17 artisan flavors made by us. Each participant prepares and enjoys their own dishes.
