I am a professional photographer, manager, and event/expedition organizer. Over the past 20 years, I have organized and led numerous expeditions in various parts of the world, including remote locations, and under challenging weather conditions. During my travels, I have studied many traditions, including Reiki Level 2 and shamanic initiation. I apply this knowledge in practice, leading forest meditations to relax both mind and body. I have extensive knowledge of flora and fauna, and am an expert in identifying plants, berries, and mushrooms. For cat lovers, we can offer cat therapy from the beautiful, friendly and sociable 8 cats who live with us and greet guests after the program :)

برنامج الجولة
We'll take a walk through the beautiful Tuscan forest and hills. During the walk, we'll meditate with Reiki and a shamanic drum. After the walk, we'll enjoy a tea ceremony with a samovar and local herbal teas.
