Welcome cocktail with Mexican music. Isabel and the chef greet guests and cook live; guests prepare their own drinks and help make a surprise dish. Tasting and mixology, games (lotería, rayuela, domino), singing and dancing, cultural stories about cantinas, optional toques, prizes and a final toast.
