We will meet you in the ticket office in the Merang Jetty. There you can collect the boarding passes after providing the e-ticket and the passport details. Then one of our crew members will escort you to where the boat is docked in Merang Jetty.
Depending on your requirement, you can choose the departure time from 05 slots (between 8.00 AM to 3.00 PM). The approximate travel time is 45 mins (depending on the weather it might take up to an hour).
In the end, we will drop you off at Laguna Jetty or Jeti Pulau Redang, depending on where you're staying on the island.
