The Shoji Hamada Reference Museum is a facility that preserves and exhibits the creative and living spaces of Shoji Hamada, a potter and Living National Treasure. Visitors can experience the source of Hamada's aesthetic sense and creativity through his works, collected items, and the buildings he designed. Hamada's favorite climbing kiln is also preserved on the premises, allowing visitors to observe his creative environment up close. This is a place where visitors can deeply appreciate the world of Shoji Hamada in an environment rich in nature.
