Each class is adapted to the group and combines yoga, Pilates and breathing techniques to help you relax, move freely and restore your energy during your holiday.
Practising outdoors, with the sound of the sea and the warm Costa del Sol climate, creates a calm and memorable experience that many travellers say becomes one of the highlights of their trip.
