Cusco – Cloud Forest – Hiking

Cusco
Your guide will pick you up from your hotel between 5:30 and 6:00 am. We will begin your journey passing through picturesque villages and Andean landscapes until reaching Ajanaco, located at 3,500 meters above sea level, the gateway to Manu National Park.
From there, we will descend through winding roads surrounded by the breathtaking cloud forest, home to lush vegetation including orchids, heliconias, bromeliads, and giant ferns. Along the way, we may spot a variety of bird species such as the famous Cock-of-the-rock, umbrella bird, trogons, quetzals, and oropendolas.
In the afternoon, we will arrive at your lodge where we will spend the night immersed in nature.
Meals: Breakfast on the way, lunch in the cloud forest, and dinner at the lodge.
