You will choose a design paper with your favorite pattern and coat a white fan.

1) First, you choose your favorite paper from our imported design paper
2) Then, a patented solvent is applied to the white fan with a brush.
3) Then, the paper is pressed with a wet tissue to adhere to the fan.
4) Cut the fan according to the shape of the fan.
5) Finally, Swarovski will be applied with another solvent.
It takes about 90 minutes. *There is no work involved in making the frame of the fan.
