Led by our local specialists, who have years of experience in the Korean alcohol industry, this class will take you through the fundamentals of brewing makgeolli with engaging, hands-on instruction.
At our makgeolli brewery in Hyehwa, our experts will guide you through the different kinds of sool and fermentation techniques that make Korean alcohol truly special.
