Hosted at a Colorado Springs wine bar, this hands-on cooking experience puts you in front of the mixing bowl instead of the takeout menu. Under Chef Juwanza's guidance, you'll learn pasta-making from scratch, starting with a dough made from semolina flour, eggs and olive oil.
