Lagoa do Fogo
Start this tour driving up to the Fire Volcano where the Lagoa do Fogo (Fire Lagoon)
is nestled. Excellent photo opportunities of both south and north sides of the island arise
at the top of the most recent volcanic formation of São Miguel. Feel the involving nature mixed with abundant bird sounds.

One of the most famous waterfalls at the island: with a total height of 40 meters (131 ft.), crystalline waters and beautiful natural surroundings, makes it a mandatory stop for nature affectionate.

Visit the second-biggest city of São Miguel, Ribeira Grande, the Azorean capital of surf. Check the
emblematic beaches on the north side (Santa Bárbara), a waterfall that drops directly to the ocean and
