07:00 pick-up from Luxor. Begin the tour with a visit to Karnak Temple, the largest and most significant religious complex of ancient Egypt, located on the East Bank of the Nile. Explore the impressive avenues of sphinxes and the vast halls of towering columns, a remarkable site showcasing the achievements of generations of ancient Egyptians.

Cross the Nile to the west bank and explore the Valley of the Kings, one of the world’s most renowned archaeological sites. Used from the 16th to 11th century BC, this remote valley houses rock-cut tombs of pharaohs and nobles, including Tutankhamun, Ramses VI, Seti I, and others such as Ramses IV, Merneptah, Tuthmosis III, Amenhotep III, Tausert & Setnakht.

Proceed to visit the Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, an extraordinary monument commissioned by Queen Hatshepsut, one of ancient Egypt’s most successful pharaohs. The temple’s design and construction are unique among Egypt’s landmarks, as it is built directly into the cliffs of the Deir el-Bahari valley, harmoniously blending with the dramatic surrounding landscape.

Enjoy a photo opportunity at the Two Colossi of Memnon, the impressive remnants of the funerary temple of King Amenhotep III. Afterward, you will drive approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to Esna to embark on your Dahabiya Nile Cruise.

Upon arrival, the crew will warmly welcome you on board and assist with transferring your luggage to your cabin. The Dahabiya will then set sail for El Hegz Island, where it will moor for the night. Relax and enjoy dinner on the sundeck or along the banks of the Nile. Overnight stay on board.
