From the centrally located Zurich Sihlquai Bus Station, the scenic coach journey begins through the city of Zurich, beautiful countryside, and along the shores of the Lake of the Four Cantons to Lucerne.

On the way into the Old Town of Lucerne, your guide points out the most eminent landmarks like the Chapel Bridge, the Town Hall, the Jesuit Church and the Culture and Convention Centre (KKL). Once having arrived use your free time to roam around Lucerne, explore its sights, have a bite to eat or go straight away to the boat to Kehrsiten.

Embark on a 25-minute scenic cruise to Kehrsiten, where you board the Bürgenstock funicular.

Once you reached the luxurious Bürgenstock resort, get a refreshing drink or snack at the panoramic terrace or in the Lakeview Lounge while enjoying the stunning views over Lucerne and its surroundings. Visit the Hotel Museum and wander through 145 years of Swiss hotel history and retrace the paths of celebrities like Charlie Chaplin, Audrey Hepburn or Sean Connery. For all the active or thrill-seekers we highly recommend taking an alpine hike to the Hammetschwand Lift, the world’s highest exterior elevator (optional). Descend by funicular again and return to Lucerne with a relaxing boat trip.
