Upon arrival at the station of Sintra, you can already spot the impressive Moorish Castle on the hill.

This is a monument on the north side of Jardim Correnteza and is dedicated to those who served during the Great War.

The Moorish Fountain (Fonte Mourisca) is located along Volta do Duche. This is a beautiful public fountain designed by José da Fonseca (1922) and embraces Moorish features and designs.

The Pelourinho de Sintra is a stone pillory located in the heart of Sintra’s old town, symbolizing the town’s former municipal authority and autonomy.

Riding through Sintra’s charming streets, you’ll pass by the National Palace, a stunning landmark with its iconic twin chimneys.

Quinta da Regaleira is a mystical estate in Sintra known for its enchanting gardens, underground tunnels, and the famous Initiation Well.

Palácio de Seteais is a beautiful neoclassical palace in Sintra, built in the 18th century and later turned into a luxury hotel. It’s known for its grand architecture, romantic atmosphere, history, and amazing views over the Sintra Mountains.

The route takes you through scenic forest roads, offering breathtaking views of Sintra’s landscape. You'll pass by Monserrate Palace, a hidden gem in the forest.

Next, you will take a well-deserved lunch break. We stop near a typical local restaurant. (Lunch is NOT included.)

After lunch, you’ll ride toward a scenic viewpoint, Peninha Sanctuary, with a stunning view over Sintra Natural Park and Cascais, the perfect place to take some pictures all together.

This is the most western point of continental Europe, where beautiful cliffs meet the endless ocean. The adventure continues with a relaxed ride along Cascais’ stunning coastline and famous beaches.

Praia de Santa Marta is one of Cascais' most charming little beaches, famous for its crystal-clear waters and postcard-perfect setting beside the iconic Santa Marta Lighthouse. Surrounded by colorful fishing houses and Atlantic views, it offers a glimpse into the authentic seaside life that made Cascais one of Portugal's most beloved coastal towns.

As the tour comes to an end, you’ll enjoy a downhill ride towards Cascais train station, where we will celebrate the end of the tour with a scenic train ride along the coast while reflecting on an incredible day.
