The Eduardo VII Park of England, formerly Parque da Liberdade, is the largest park in the center of Lisbon, being locally known only as Parque Eduardo VII

The Monastery of Santa Maria de Belém, better known as Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, is a Portuguese monastery, built at the end of the 15th century by King Manuel I and was handed over to the Order of Saint Jerónimo. It is located in the parish of Belém.

In 1837 they began manufacturing Pastéis de Belém, according to an old recipe from the Jerónimos Monastery that is reborn every day in the factory using the same artisanal processes. Pastéis de Belém today provide the taste of ancient Portuguese sweets.
