About
This experience is designed for those who want to go beyond the glass and connect with the living history of wine and Chilean cuisine. We begin with a tour of the winery, where you will know the different styles of winemaking that have marked the trajectory: from the primitive vats of greda, the centuries-old fudres, vats of French oak and concrete tanks, to the arrival of stainless steel in Chile. We will visit the vat room and the barrel room, understanding how each method influences the character of the wine. Then, we will go out to the vineyard to talk about the vine cycles, harvesting styles and the influence of the Cachapoal Valley terroir. The experience culminates with a four-stroke ...

Visitors will learn about the history of wine in Chile, in an educational tour that reflects its evolution over time. It begins with the ancestral production of wine in vats of greda, in a room set in the 1800s, advancing towards the 19th century with the incorporation of Fudres and vats imported from France, used by the first generation of the Butron Budinich family that made wines in Chile. Today we are in the fourth generation. We continued with the industrialization of wine in the 80s, represented by our concrete ponds, culminating in the stainless steel room, where our wines are vinified under 21st century standards. Each stage is set with original machinery of the time, showing visually and immersively how wine production has evolved in our country in the last 200 years. Experience ends with lunch or dinner paired with 4 premium wines
