09:45 You can enjoy there a peaceful mountain setting, historic stone architecture, and beautifully preserved Byzantine frescoes inside its small chapels. Travellers often come for the quiet atmosphere, panoramic countryside views, and insight into Crete’s Orthodox religious history and traditions. (Entrance is optional)

Cave of Diktaion Andron
10:45 Visiting Psychro you can explore a traditional mountain village and the famous Dikteon Cave, also known as Zeus Cave, which Greek mythology claims was the birthplace of Zeus. (the entrance is optional). You can expect scenic plateau views, a steep but rewarding walk to the cave entrance, and impressive underground chambers filled with stalactites and stalagmites.
On the way to the next attraction, you will stop for approximately 20 minutes at a ceramics.
