The first work of King Lalibela before building the 11 Rock church in Lalibela was Asheton Maryam monastery, As you make the ascent climb towards the monastery, the views becoming increasingly impressive.
Continue the Hike to Wedebeye through the narrow path called Merebabru, Late afternoon arrival at Wedebeye.
