Meet your skipper at the Lake Hāwea boat ramp at The Camp and board our comfortable fishing boat, reserved exclusively for your group for six hours on Lake Hāwea. After a short safety briefing, we’ll head onto the lake and choose where to fish based on the conditions and what you want from the day.
With the boat to yourselves, there’s time to explore more of the lake, stay longer in productive areas and adapt the fishing as conditions change. Target rainbow trout, brown trout and salmon using trolling and downrigging, with opportunities to try spinning, jigging or other techniques where suitable.
