Lahugala Kitulana National Park is a peaceful wildlife sanctuary in Sri Lanka’s Eastern Province, known for its reservoirs, grasslands, and dry-zone forests. The park includes the Lahugala, Kitulana, and Sengamuwa reservoirs, which provide important feeding and watering areas for wild elephants, especially during the dry season. Visitors may also spot Spotted Deer, Sambar Deer, Wild Boar, Golden Jackals, Grey Langurs, Toque Macaques, Mongoose, and various reptiles.
