The hike starts from 387 meters (1200 ft )to 965 meters (3196 ft ) It can be cold at the top at times especially on a cloudy, windy, rainy day so I recommend you take along a windbreaker or rain jacket also a change of clothes for when you finish is a good idea because you will either be wet from sweat or rain

La Soufriere
La.Soufriere is a stratovolcano located on the northern side of St.Vincent. It is approximately 4048ft/1234m above sea level, with a crater approximately 500m wide and 60m deep. Which offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding land and seascape. it give you wide diversity and a close encounter of flora and fauna. La soufriere volcano erupted in 1718,1812,1902,1987 and also on the 9th of April 2021. This hike is suitable for any average hiker, it's accessible from both the north eastern side(Windward) and the north western(Leeward) side of the island. hiking from the windward side...this tour takes an hour from the capital(Kingstown) along the picturesque eastern coast, through agriculture farms on your way to Bamboo range (Where you have access to facilities such as Parking, Washrooms and Gazebos). Starting from bamboo range it's a 4km hike to the summit and 4km hike back, which takes an average hiker 2 hours to hike up and 2 hours back down
