10:00 – Market Tour with Your Chef Meet your professional chef at the at the entrance of the Dunkin' Donuts (Rambla de Sant Josep, 89), right next to Mercado de La Boquería. Stroll through Barcelona’s most iconic food market, discovering seasonal produce and local delicacies, while learning how to select the best ingredients.
11:00 – Welcome at La Foodieteca Arrive at our exclusive venue with Cathedral views. You’ll be greeted with a selection of Spanish tapas while your chef introduces today’s menu.
Hands-on Cooking Class Put on your apron and cook alongside your chef as you prepare traditional Spanish dishes, including sangria, traditional paellas and a classic dessert.
