This is the only ramen workshop in Kyoto run by a ramen restaurant, and our classes have many vegetarian and vegan customers.
You will paint your Ramen spoons on the second floor of the restaurant. The ramen bowls and ramen spoons will be baked in a special kiln overnight for free. You can actually take the bowls home and use them. You can also display them at home.
After that, you will cook Michelin-starred ramen under the guidance of a chef in the professional kitchen on the first floor. This class is operated by Musoshin Ramen, located in the Gion area of Kyoto. Musoshin Ramen was founded in Kyoto in 2012 and now operates restaurants in Kyoto and Toronto. Our Toronto location has been nominated for the Michelin Guide for four consecutive years, and we use the same recipe in all of our restaurants.
Our mission is to spread delicious ramen all over the world.
At Musoshin Ramen restaurant, we make all of our ramen ingredients in-house. We make our noodles every day and let them rest overnight. Our soup is prepared over 12 hours. Our ramen sauce (tare) and chashu pork are also handmade.
