Have you ever had maki-zushi?
Maki-zushi is a traditional Japanese home-style sushi, often enjoyed by families as they gather and have fun choosing their favorite ingredients together.
Rice and ingredients are placed on a sheet of nori (dried seaweed) and rolled using a special bamboo mat.
Join us to learn how to make maki-zushi and authentic miso soup in a warm and relaxed setting.
