Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour begins. Once the group has departed, latecomers cannot join and tickets are non-refundable.

All group tours are conducted in one language, selected at booking.

All vehicles are heated and equipped with an audio guide. The part of the tour inside Wawel is a walking tour with a live guide.

Please note that the Salt Mine tour includes extensive walking and many stairs. Guests with mobility issues, heart conditions, or fear of confined spaces should reconsider participation.
