We’ll begin with a short walk through the quiet backstreets near Kiyomizu Temple, visiting small shrines and scenic spots that most tourists overlook. Along the way, I’ll share stories about local traditions and daily life in Kyoto.
Next, we’ll arrive at a long-running Kyoto souvenir shop, where a knowledgeable staff member will guide us through the process of making a fragrant incense pouch. You’ll learn the meanings of different scents and select your own blend. With their help, you’ll craft a beautiful incense pouch to take home as a meaningful souvenir.
