Traditional Rice Wine Brewing: Visit a local workshop to discover the fermentation secrets and copper-still distillation of authentic Vietnamese rice wine.
Handmade Tofu Making: Participate in grinding soybeans with a traditional stone mill and pressing fresh curds into wooden molds.
Kite-Making Workshop: Meet a master artisan to craft your own folk kite, then head to the scenic Red River dikes to fly it and listen to the beautiful music of bamboo wind flutes (Sao Dieu).
