Itinerary
Enjoy a unique culinary kayaking adventure guided by your local oyster expert, Jarrod—owner of the resort and former provincial oyster biologist for PEI.
You’ll begin on shore with a safety briefing before getting equipped with your kayak and safety gear. From there, we'll depart the harbour and enter St. Peters Bay. Where you'll have the opportunity to paddle over an active oyster lease.
Along the way, you’ll learn about the local ecosystem and the oyster industry, having a chance to touch and see the oysters while they are being farmed in this active oyster aquaculture lease.
You’ll then land back at the harbour to shuck some of these beauties under the watchful eye and expert guidance...
