Our driver will meet you at Kansai International Airport (KIX) South Exit, holding a welcome sign after you exit customs and baggage claim.
Free waiting time at the airport is 90 minutes. For hotel pick-ups, the free waiting time is 30 minutes. The waiting time for the specified time is also 30 minutes.
Late arrivals beyond the free waiting time may incur an additional charge, and if the driver has subsequent bookings, they may depart.
Late-night pickups (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) incur a 2,000 JPY fee payable in cash to the driver.
