This cooking class takes place every Tuesday. As a chef and nutritionist who previously ran a French restaurant serving home-style meals on the World Heritage site of Yakushima, I also focus on healthy Japanese cuisine. I will carefully teach you how to recreate the recipes at home. You will learn about culture and history using ingredients unique to Kyoto. Most of the ingredients used in class are vegan.
