Jal Mahal
Set in the middle of the picturesqe Man sagar lake, Jal Mahal (water Palace) in Jaipur is a spectacular structure that seems to be floating on teh lake. An architectural marvel in itselfl, it is an embodiment of the engineering prowess of teh Rajput period. The palace which was once built as a hunting lodge for the Maharajas, has now become one of the prime tourist attraction in the city. The Palace is accissible from the shore at a distance but makes the best of the stop over as you drive by.
