1. Ocean Meditation & Gentle Movement (60 min) — On the shore of Itoman, guided breathwork and meditation, with gentle movement rooted in the body wisdom of belly dance. No dance experience needed.

2. Sacred Sites of Life & Prayer (60 min) — Stand before one of Okinawa’s largest womb-shaped clan tombs, where the island’s philosophy of “returning to the mother’s womb” takes physical form. Visit Hakugindo, the shrine where Itoman’s fishermen have prayed to the sea gods, and a serene Bodhi tree sanctuary.
