A current valid passport is required on the day of travel

Collapsible wheelchairs can transported in the luggage hold of the tour bus, but wheelchair users must be able to get on and off the vehicle (3-4 steps). At Villa Carlotta, there is a lift to reach the gardens, but the paths are gravel

A dress code is required to enter places of worship such as Como Duomo. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements

You have free time in Lugano. We recommend visiting the Santa Maria degli Angeli church to see their fresco of the Crucifixion and the Passion of Christ. Window shop in Via Nassa, see Piazza Riforma and have a stroll on the lakefront or in the city park.
