Then, take a ride on the world’s second-oldest metro to reach the lively Pera district.

Wandering through its narrow streets, your first stop is for a durum kebab served with a refreshing Turkish soda. Your guide will share the story behind this beloved local dish. Next, you’ll taste kokoreç, stuffed mussels, fried mussels, and enjoy a glass of traditional Salgam (fermented turnip juice).
