After picking travelers up from 6:30 to 7.00 am. we head to the sacred valley of the Incas. We will go through picturesque villages and beautiful landscapes. After arriving at Ollantaytambo, we have a break and will continue traveling by bus for 1 hr. until reaching the Abra Malaga near 11 am. (4350 mt.). From this area we will departure with the bikes, descending for 3 hrs. We will go through rural villages, rivers, orchards and streams, reaching the area Huamanmarca at about 1:30 pm.
Later a private bus will take the group for 30 min. to a town called Santa Maria. After lunch and a short break you have an option to do river rafting. If you dicide to do, we will begin the adventure by rafting for 2 hrs., always accompanied by a professional safety kayak, that will take care of passengers all the time. Those that didn’t book the rafting tour, will go with an assistant guide in our private bus for 20 min. to the next town Santa Rosa. After this we will walk for 45 min. until arriving at the lodge La Choza. The bus will be waiting for those that went on rafting and then they will be taken to Santa Rosa to walk for aprox. 45 min., going to the ecological lodge located in a village called Pispitayoc (Lunch-dinner).
