Itinerary
You will be met at Hounslow West Underground station and taken to the local Indian shop to learn how to buy the ingredients that we will use in the cooking class. We will then walk to the Cooking With Monisha kitchen, a 5 minute walk away (no steps) to begin the class. You will be offered Masala Chai as we talk through how to put together an Indian meal. We will then cook our meal to include Pulao Rice, a curry (chicken or chickpea), a smoked cumin raita (a dish made with salad vegetables and yoghurt) and a vegetable side dish.
