2-DAY INCA TRAIL HIKE TOUR.
At 4:00 a.m., our staff will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco to take you to the Ollantaytambo train station. Then take the Expedition train that leaves at 6:10 am to the KM - 104 of the railroad and pass the Inca Trail control escorted by an Spanish/English-speaking professional guide.
Begin the trek by visiting the Chachabamba Inca city, then continue on an ascending path until you reach Wiñaywayna, another beautiful Inca city. Here, take a short break to enjoy your lunch and then continue until you reach Sun gate, the route's highest point (2,720m / 8,922ft).
From the Sun gate, enjoy the Machu Picchu panoramic view surrounded by beautiful scenery. Finally, descend to the Machu Picchu viewpoint, where you can enjoy the classic view and take excellent photographs.
Then, take the bus to the Machu Picchu pueblo and check in at your hotel. In the evening, your guide will suggest a good restaurant for dinner, where you can enjoy excellent Peruvian food.
