The adventure begins with a visit to the Immersive cellar, to discover the secrets of the Alsace winemaking, the grape varieties and the know-how behind each cuvée. I'll show you an explanatory video on the making of Alsace wines.

I then take you to visit the family winery dating from 1850, and discover the century-old oak barrels, which we still use to wine our wines. Following the organic conversion of my estate, we renovated our cellar and take advantage of this new setting to offer our future visitors a new activity. We have a scenographic space within the cellar with 180° immersive video projected on barrels - unique in France. It's a film about my rich personal history, and my philosophy of work. All projected in the cellar, on 180° oak barrels (mapping on certain sequences) with a sound work, allowing the public to find themselves totally immersed in my history All along the way, the wines of Alsace break the codes and are tasted... in COCKTAIL!

At the final workshop, become a one-day mixologist: you will compose your own wine-based cocktail, playing with aromas, fruits, spices and a few carefully selected surprises. To end this experience in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, your creations are tasted around a small gourmet restaurant, designed to accompany and enhance your cocktails. A fun, sensory and convivial experience, where wine is shared differently — freer, more fun, more creative. A Guide is at your disposal throughout the visit to exchange and answer your questions.
